Sales Recruiter – EMEA & APJ 

Following consistent revenue growth and success across our company, BMC is continuing to expand on all operational and delivery capability, hiring the brightest and best talent in the market.

I am, therefore, looking to further increase the resource capabilities of the BMC Talent team covering sales hiring across EMEA & Asia Pacific. 

You will be responsible for the full 360 recruitment cycle and work to identify world class candidates by utilizing, LinkedIn recruiter, social media, contact lists, various databases, leveraging strong employee referrals as well as networking and cold-calling. 

You will be joining a team of seriously talented Recruiters who work hard but also know how to have fun! 

I am looking for someone with a mix of 2-3 years in in-house and/or agency experience who has a passion for building World Class teams. Experience cold calling and pitching to not in play “candidates” is essential for this role. 

Experience Needed 

• Personable, relationship focused and team player 
• Proven Talent/resource attraction background 
• Experience hiring top professionals within the IT sector is a plus 
• ‘Out of the box’ thinker, doesn’t take No for an answer and shows persistence. 
• Strong Internet search and research skills 
• Able to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment 
• Excellent communications skills 
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
