This internship is a 1-year opportunity designed for students early in their academic journey to gain hands-on experience supporting BMC’s sales organization. Based in Brazil, you will work in a hybrid model and contribute to customer engagement, event execution, and key sales support activities.


Here is how, through this exciting role, YOU will contribute to BMC Software's and your own success:


  • Support lead generation by identifying prospects via LinkedIn and coordinating targeted event invitations
  • Assist in responding to customer questionnaires and maintaining accurate information
  • Support supplier registration processes across customer portals
  • Help coordinate sales events and assist with logistics and ad hoc activities
  • Support travel-related coordination, including researching flight options
  • Assist with expense tracking, onboarding materials, and customer welcome kit

To ensure you’re set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:


  • You are currently pursuing a university degree, ideally in the early stages (up to 3rd year / 6th semester)
  • You have strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • You are comfortable using LinkedIn, email, and standard office tools
  • You have strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
  • You are proactive, eager to learn, and enjoy working in a team environment
  • You have an interest in sales, marketing, or customer engagement
