The Digital Acceleration Engineer is a versatile digital practitioner who helps transform ideas into execution across a wide range of marketing, content, web, AI, and digital experience initiatives.
This role combines hands-on project execution with systems thinking. The individual is expected to actively contribute to a wide range of digital initiatives—mapping out and supervising digital migrations, supporting AI-assisted content development, scaling metadata improvements, testing experiences, conducting research, and generally helping bring ideas to market.
At the same time, the role continuously identifies opportunities to improve how work gets done by helping to develop AI-assisted workflows, prompts, and operating models that enable the team to move faster and scale its impact.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Digital Initiatives Forward
- Contribute directly to a wide variety of digital, web, content, AI, and marketing projects.
- Support development and launch of web experiences, solution pages, product pages, integration pages, interactive experiences, and campaign assets.
- Assist with planning, requirements gathering, stakeholder coordination, testing, launch readiness, and documentation.
- Partner with Content, SEO/GEO, analytics, design, Solutions Marketing, and other teams to execute strategic initiatives.
Accelerate Content and Experience Production
- Help teams move from concept to review-ready deliverables more efficiently.
- Organize source materials, facilitate reviews, and coordinate execution.
- Contribute to content development and digital experience optimization efforts.
- Support initiatives ranging from individual webpage updates to large-scale digital transformation projects.
Enable AI-Powered Ways of Working
- Leverage AI tools to improve productivity, quality, and speed across digital initiatives.
- Develop reusable prompts and playbooks that help the Digital Strategy team work more efficiently.
- Identify opportunities where AI can reduce manual effort or improve outcomes.
- Support adoption of AI-enabled practices across the Digital Strategy team.
- Support partnership with other teams in planning and executing AI-enabled practices that are cross-functional.
Improve Processes and Scale What Works
- Identify recurring work that can be standardized, simplified, or accelerated.
- Document best practices and establish repeatable approaches for common Digital Strategy tasks.
- Create lightweight frameworks that help teams execute more consistently.
- Continuously improve how digital work moves from intake through delivery.
Support Strategic Priorities
- Help advance high-priority initiatives across BMC's digital ecosystem.
- Adapt quickly to emerging business needs and changing priorities.
- Serve as a trusted contributor across a diverse portfolio of projects.
- Bring structure, problem-solving, and execution focus to ambiguous challenges.

The annual base salary range represents the low and high end of the BMC salary range for this position. Actual salaries depend on a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training, licensure, and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
The range listed is just one component of BMC's employee compensation package. Other rewards may include a variable plan and country specific benefits.
At BMC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at /near the top of the range. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $89,700 - $149,500
