We are seeking a sales operations analyst to support our growing global Sales organisation by driving operational excellence, pipeline governance, and data-driven decision-making. This role partners closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and GTM teams to improve sales efficiency, process compliance, and revenue visibility.
Here is how, through this exciting role, YOU will contribute to BMC's and your own success:
  • Support Sales teams with pipeline management, forecasting, reporting, and deal tracking
  • Drive sales process adoption, governance, and compliance across tools and workflows
  • Analyze KPIs, sales performance, incentives, and productivity metrics
  • Support deal lifecycle management, including proposals, contracts, approvals, and onboarding
  • Prepare revenue, margin, and profitability reports; perform monthly reconciliations
  • Build and maintain sales dashboards and operational reports
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deal execution
  • Support GTM operations, including territory planning, quota management, and process documentation
  • Identify automation and process improvement opportunities to scale sales operations

To ensure you’re set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience: 
  • 3–5 years’ experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Revenue Operations
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce (required)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments
  • Experience with cloud/SaaS business models is a plus

  • Experience in hyperscaler & marketplace operations (AWS, GCP, OCI)
  • SaaS marketplace deal management and private offers
  • Salesforce, Excel, Tableau; basic automation (VBA/Python)

At BMC we believe in pay transparency and have set the midpoint of the salary band for this role at 2,117,800 INR. Actual salaries depend on a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training, licensure, and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. 

The salary listed is just one component of BMC's employee compensation package. Other rewards may include a variable plan and country specific benefits.
