BU Description:
We are the Automation & Analytics team under Operations that drives competitive advantage for Helix by enabling recurring revenue growth, customer centricity, operational efficiency and transformation through actionable insights, focused operational execution, and obsessive value realization.

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to manage, optimize, and scale our Salesforce platform to support Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Customer Success. This role will focus on system configuration, process automation, data integrity, custom development, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to drive business efficiency and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own end-to-end Salesforce administration including user management, roles, profiles, and security 
  • Configure and maintain objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, flows, and approval processes 
  • Optimize Salesforce Lightning experience to improve usability and adoption 
  • Establish governance, best practices, and change control processes 
  • Design and implement scalable automation using Flows and declarative tools 
  • Identify inefficiencies in lead-to-revenue processes and drive standardization across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success 
  • Ensure data integrity through audits, de-duplication, and data management; manage data imports and migrations 
  • Support and enhance integration with external systems using APIs (REST/SOAP) 
  • Build reports and dashboards; deliver insights on pipeline, forecasting, and revenue performance 
  • Leverage AI capabilities (e.g., Einstein, predictive insights) to improve forecasting accuracy, pipeline visibility, and operational efficiency 
  • Manage releases (sandboxes, deployments), provide Tier 2/3 support, monitor system performance, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions and user enablement
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator 
  • Strong experience supporting Sales Operations / Revenue Operations functions 
  • Proven track record of managing and scaling large Salesforce environments 
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud (Service Cloud exposure is a plus) 
  • Strong hands-on experience with Flows, Validation Rules, and Approval Processes 
  • Advanced skills in building Reports & Dashboards for business insights 
  • Solid understanding of data management, governance, and data quality practices 
  • Working knowledge of Apex (triggers, debugging) and platform capabilities 
  • Experience with integrations and APIs (REST/SOAP) 
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (mandatory) 
Nice-to-Haves:
  • Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder Certification (preferred)
  • Experience with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, TechTarget, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, or similar sales and marketing ecosystem platforms 
  • Exposure to Salesforce Einstein / AI capabilities for forecasting, predictive insights, and pipeline optimization
  • Familiarity with Salesforce release management processes, including sandbox usage, deployments, and version control concepts 
  • Understanding of system governance, change management practices, and basic IT service management principles
Soft Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities 
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams 
  • High ownership and ability to drive initiatives independently

At BMC we believe in pay transparency and have set the midpoint of the salary band for this role at 2,117,800 INR. Actual salaries depend on a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training, licensure, and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. 

The salary listed is just one component of BMC's employee compensation package. Other rewards may include a variable plan and country specific benefits.
