High-performance BDR role focused on rigorous opportunity qualification (not meeting booking) to generate high-quality, sales-ready pipeline for BMC Helix Digital Sales.
Here is how, through this exciting role, YOU will contribute to BMC Helix's and your own success:
  • Identify and validate real business pain + urgency 
  • Apply MEDDPICC qualification discipline 
  • Convert demand into Sales Qualified Leads and NBM-ready opportunities 
  • Progress only fully qualified opportunities into sales pipeline 
  • Own pipeline hygiene and discipline 
To ensure you’re set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:
  • 1–2+ years BDR/SDR (hunting experience preferred) 
  • Strong IT / SaaS / enterprise software understanding 
  • MEDDPICC exposure strongly preferred 
  • Strong discovery + commercial acumen 
  • Ability to distinguish interest vs real opportunity 
Operating Model & Mindset
  • Quality over volume 
  • Discipline in qualification 
  • Confident disqualification of weak leads 
  • Outcome-driven pipeline creation 
Additional (Preferred)
  • Mumbai based | 3 days office/week 
  • High-performance, metrics-driven environment
