- Strong business acumen with a proven track record in Software Renewal Sales
- Experience managing complex geographical territories and customer segments
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently
- Proficiency in sales planning, forecasting, and reporting
- Demonstrated ability to handle objections and renew contracts effectively
- Willing to work flexible hours (EMEA, APJ, NA time zones)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Salesforce.com, and other CRM tools
- 6+ years of experience in Sales, particularly in software renewals
- Manage and renew customer contracts in complex geographical regions, ensuring timely and accurate renewals
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Prepare and present renewal quotes for maintenance contracts (90-120 days prior to expiration)
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Field Sales, Legal, Rev Rec) to ensure contract accuracy and positioning
- Track and report renewals and sales activities, meeting or exceeding KPIs
- Handle contract objections and work to resolve any customer concerns
- Collaborate with management to implement strategies for improving sales performance and employee productivity
- Review and interpret contractual terms and conditions
