BMC is looking for an Experienced QA & Automation Engineer to join our team.

Here is how, through this exciting role, YOU will contribute to BMC's and your own success:
  • You should have good knowledge on product quality, testing and maintenance, knowledge of Grafana analytical and visualization tool is added advantage.
  • You should have an understanding of cloud technology.
  • A team member who is passionate about quality and demonstrate creativity and innovation in enhancing the product, with excellent problem solving, debugging, analytical and communication skills.
  • Operate in an agile scrum style with a mindset toward creating workable interim deliverables that can be demonstrated to clients and product managers
  • You should have an understanding of Docker container technology.
To ensure you’re set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:
  • Minimum of 6/7 yrs of work experience
  • Expertise in product quality, test automation and maintenance.
  • Good hands on experience in automation using selenium, Java, REST API automation
  • Working knowledge of Databases e.g. Postgres/SQL/Oracle

Whilst these are nice to have, our team can help you develop in the following skills: 

• Containers and/or docker
• Git 
• Data Bases 
• Operation systems (preferably Linux)

At BMC we believe in pay transparency and have set the midpoint of the salary band for this role at 2,117,800 INR. Actual salaries depend on a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training, licensure, and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. 

The salary listed is just one component of BMC's employee compensation package. Other rewards may include a variable plan and country specific benefits.
