- Drive regional revenue and pipeline growth with precision and ambition.
- Build and inspire a high-performing, growth-minded sales organization.

- Lead demand generation strategies to create predictable, scalable pipeline.
- Partner across Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to deliver a modern, customer-centric GTM aligned with our AI and ServiceOps leadership.
This role requires a proven software executive who can operate strategically, execute flawlessly, and build teams capable of winning in both enterprise and bottom-up motions.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership & Organization Transformation
- Build, scale, and lead a world-class APAC sales organization across multiple markets.
- Implement modern sales processes, forecasting discipline, pipeline rigor, and value-centric sales coaching.
- Drive both enterprise and bottom-up adoption motions aligned with Helix’s AI-powered product strategy.
- Recruit, develop, and retain top commercial talent to fuel long-term regional growth.
- Foster a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Revenue Growth & Demand Generation
- Own regional revenue, ACV growth, and pipeline creation targets.
- Lead integrated demand generation and digital-led GTM programs that accelerate predictable pipeline.
- Champion value selling across the team—embedding ROI frameworks that shorten deal cycles and drive customer adoption.
- Ensure accurate forecasting and a strong focus on new-logo acquisition as well as expansion.
Customer & Partner Engagement
- Build trusted executive relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, operations leaders, and transformation stakeholders across APAC.
- Partner closely with Customer Success to maximize adoption, outcomes, renewals, and expansions.
- Strengthen and scale our partner ecosystem—including GSIs, hyperscalers, and local integrators—to amplify regional reach.
- Evangelize Helix’s AI and ServiceOps vision in strategic customer and partner engagements.
- Proven VP-level software/SaaS sales leader with significant experience in APAC.
- Demonstrated expertise in demand generation, value-based selling, and bottom-up growth motions.
- Track record of transforming sales organizations and delivering consistent, measurable revenue growth.
- Experience building and managing high-performing teams across culturally diverse markets (SEA, ANZ, India, Korea, Japan).
- Strong collaborator skilled at aligning GTM strategy across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success.
- Experience in ITSM, observability, automation, AIOps, or enterprise operations software is a strong plus.
