Here is how, through this exciting role, YOU will contribute to BMC's and your own success:
  • Own and optimize the GTM platform stack (Salesforce Sales & Marketing Cloud, Seismic, Eloqua, Gainsight) to ensure seamless operations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
  • Drive governance and efficiency through audits, process improvements, automation, and standardization of operational practices (e.g., SLAs).
  • Lead and mentor the GTM systems team, fostering best practices in data compliance, security, and innovation.
  • Manage vendor relationships and technology strategy, including evaluations, negotiations, and buy vs. build decisions.

To ensure you’re set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:
  • You have 10+ years of experience in GTM systems management or revenue technology, including 2+ years leading and mentoring teams.
  • You are an expert in Salesforce CRM and integrated GTM tools like Seismic, Eloqua, and Gainsight, with a solid grasp of lead-to-cash workflows.
  • You excel at leading complex projects, managing global stakeholders, and turning data-driven insights into measurable business impact.
  • You thrive in a global, fast-paced environment, collaborating across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and IT, with strong communication and strategic thinking skills.
  • You are passionate about innovation and continuous learning, with exposure to AI/GenAI technologies and a drive to lead automation and digital transformation.

At BMC we believe in pay transparency and have set the midpoint of the salary band for this role at 3,380,000 INR. Actual salaries depend on a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training, licensure, and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. 

The salary listed is just one component of BMC's employee compensation package. Other rewards may include a variable plan and country specific benefits.
