We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior RPA Engineer to join our Automation Team. This role will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying scalable RPA solutions that drive operational efficiency and digital transformation across business functions.
Here is how, through this exciting role, YOU will contribute to BMC's and your own success:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA bots using platforms such as Microsoft Power Automate.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate them into technical requirements.
- Lead end-to-end RPA project lifecycle: requirement gathering, feasibility analysis, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to ensure best practices in bot development and documentation.
- Monitor bot performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Contribute to the evolution of the automation ecosystem, including integration with AI tools like Microsoft Copilot and PowerApps.
- Maintain documentation for all developed bots and ensure compliance with internal governance and security standards.
To ensure you’re set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
· 4–6 years of experience in RPA development, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
· Proficiency in RPA tools such as Microsoft Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, UiPath, or Blue Prism.
· Strong understanding of software development principles, including experience with C#, .NET, or Python.
· Experience with data integration tools, APIs, and enterprise systems (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle, Tableau).
· Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Whilst these are nice to have, our team can help you develop in the following skills:
· Experience with AI-enhanced automation (e.g., Microsoft Copilot Studio) and Broader Microsoft ecosystem such as PowerApps, Dataverse etc.
· Exposure to document processing, OCR, and chatbot integration.
