To ensure you’re set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience: 
  • 4+ years’ experience as a social media specialist or similar position
  • Experience in using a social media scheduling platform
  • Graphic design experience using Canva, Photoshop, or similar plus additional software graphic design experience is beneficial
  • Excellent critical thinking, interpersonal, communication, time-management and problem-solving skills
  • Strong research skills to identify market news within the mainframe space
  • Ability to use social media for impressions and brand awareness
  • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter
  • Understanding of social media KPIs, web traffic metrics and SEO
  • Experience in measuring and monitoring social media, and deriving actionable business insights from social data
  • Analyze results to identify business insights, opportunities, and recommendations
  • Experience doing buyer persona and audience research
  • Demonstrated ability to grow and engage professional communities.

At BMC we believe in pay transparency and have set the midpoint of the salary band for this role at 2,117,800 INR. Actual salaries depend on a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training, licensure, and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. 

The salary listed is just one component of BMC's employee compensation package. Other rewards may include a variable plan and country specific benefits.
