Are you ready to shape the future of enterprise productivity through the power of AI and automation? BMC Software is seeking a Senior Developer with deep expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform and AI integration. In this role, you'll design and implement intelligent copilots that revolutionize how teams operate across the enterprise.

Here is how, through this exciting role, YOU will contribute to BMC Software's and your own success:

  • Develop intelligent copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio, crafting secure, scalable, and reusable components with multi-turn dialogues, generative AI, and business-specific actions.
  • Integrate solutions with core enterprise systems like Microsoft Graph API, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Azure AI services, and external APIs using Dataverse, Power Automate, and MCP.
  • Define architecture strategies, DevOps pipelines, and ALM practices to support scalable deployment across environments using Azure DevOps.
  • Champion Power Platform governance, responsible AI, and performance testing to ensure robust, enterprise-grade adoption.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, mentor junior developers, and contribute to a growing Center of Excellence for Copilot Studio innovation.

To ensure you’re set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:

  • You have 5+ years of hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) in enterprise settings.
  • You are highly skilled in Copilot Studio, including prompt engineering, dialogue design, and AI integration strategies.
  • You bring expertise in Dataverse, Power Fx, Microsoft Graph API, and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
  • You’ve led CI/CD implementation and ALM practices with Azure DevOps for scalable Power Platform solutions.
  • You thrive in Agile environments, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and enjoy mentoring others in cross-functional teams.

The annual base salary range represents the low and high end of the BMC salary range for this position. Actual salaries depend on a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training, licensure, and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. 

The range listed is just one component of BMC's employee compensation package. Other rewards may include a variable plan and country specific benefits.

At BMC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at /near the top of the range. A reasonable estimate of the current range is €51,300 - €85,500
