- Draft and negotiate a wide range of legal agreements, including product agreements, licensing, subscriptions, confidentiality, and service agreements.
- Oversee corporate governance for local subsidiaries and assist with corporate changes.
- Provide legal support to other departments besides Sales, including Human Resources, Global Procurement, Finance, Marketing, among others, as required.
- Collaborate closely with key cross-functional stakeholders to address legal and business challenges effectively.
- Continuously improve standard form agreements, policies, and processes.
- Work independently to prioritize workload and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including senior management.
- Develop strategies for engaging and managing outside counsel in the Region, ensuring effective cost management and quality of work.
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills and the capacity to thrive in multidisciplinary teams, while managing multiple issues simultaneously.
- Provide internal legal trainings.
- Law degree and at least 5 years of relevant in-house experience, preferably with experience in software licensing transactions, including SaaS agreements and familiarity with legal issues related to Artificial Intelligence (AI).
- Strong experience with IT agreements is highly desirable.
- Exceptional negotiations skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate and work effectively within a team.
- Advanced communication and writing skills.
- Fluency in English, both oral and written, is required.
