Description and Requirements

Oversees general administrative staff and coordinates with necessary vendors to meet organizational needs. Provides overall administrative support supervision for Senior Management and will be expected to relieve the leadership of complex details and advanced administrative duties. Supervises the preparation of travel arrangements including air, hotel, transportation and itineraries. Supervise the preparation of expense reports and purchasing requisitions. Supervises the processing of P.O. and expense reports approvals and manage business workflow that require attention. Supervises the scheduling and management staff meetings, maintain agenda items, meeting notes and action items list. Supervise all event coordination. 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Manages employees within a single department according to established policies and procedures. Employees are typically in non-exempt or junior level roles. Responsible for assigning work to employees at the direction of senior management and sets priorities to ensure completion. Manages employee schedules and daily workload. Acts as team leader, but may often also work on individual contributor tasks . 

 EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
