We are actively seeking a skilled full-stack developer with expertise in Front-End development and experience in backend development with 5-6 years of experience to join our dynamic engineering team. As a full stack Front-End Web Developer, you will be instrumental in crafting user interfaces and front-end components for our web applications, ensuring a seamless user experience and visually appealing results.

  • Bring creative visions to life by transforming design mock-ups into stunning, fully responsive web pages that captivate users.
  • Craft clean, efficient, and maintainable code using HTML5, SCSS/CSS, and TypeScript/JavaScript that sets the foundation for exceptional digital experiences.
  • Harness your full-stack development expertise to build powerful, innovative applications utilizing Java and cutting-edge backend technologies, including database management and API implementation.
  • Champion industry standards for front-end development, ensuring every user enjoys seamless accessibility and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Drive excellence by optimizing web applications for superior speed, scalability, and performance that exceed expectations.
  • Collaborate with talented design teams and internal stakeholders to solve complex challenges and deliver transformative technical solutions that make a real impact.

To ensure you're set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
  • You bring proven work experience as a full-stack Front-End Web Developer (5-6 years).
  • You have proficiency in HTML5, SCSS/CSS, and TypeScript/JavaScript.
  • You have experience with modern JavaScript libraries and frameworks like Astro, Angular, Bootstrap, or React.
  • You have knowledge and experience of responsive design principles and CSS frameworks like Tailwind or Bootstrap.
  • You will stand out with experience working with tag management systems and Adobe/Google Analytics tracking and implementation using dynamic tag managers.
  • You have strong backend experience with Java, database systems, and API integrations.
  • You will be at an advantage with experience in Content Management Systems (CMS) such as Adobe Experience Manager or WordPress.

At BMC we believe in pay transparency and have set the midpoint of the salary band for this role at 2,117,800 INR. Actual salaries depend on a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training, licensure, and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. 

The salary listed is just one component of BMC's employee compensation package. Other rewards may include a variable plan and country specific benefits.
