BMC Helix is looking for an innovative customer champions to join our unique and enthusiastic Technical Support Team helping businesses across the globe to run and reinvent. 

Here is how, through this exciting role, YOU will contribute to helix's and your own success: 
  • Partner with business, support, and product stakeholders to discover use cases and translate them into actionable Helix Innovation Suite solutions
  • Rapidly design, prototype, and deliver scalable applications using low-code/no-code capabilities
  • Build and enable AI-driven workflows using Helix GPT, virtual agents, and automation frameworks
  • Develop custom objects, workflows, UI components, and integrations with ITSM, Digital Workplace, and external systems
  • Drive innovation through AI-assisted “vibe coding” to accelerate app development, prototyping, and MVP delivery
  • Administer and enhance Helix SaaS platforms, ensuring configuration management, change control, and lifecycle governance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to implement solutions and ensure seamless deployment across environments
  • Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with platform best practices
  • Create documentation and support smooth handoffs to operations and support teams
  • Contribute reusable assets, patterns, and accelerators to improve time-to-value across use cases
To ensure you’re set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in software development, platform engineering, or low-code development
  • Hands-on experience with BMC Helix Innovation Suite or similar enterprise low-code platforms
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work in ambiguous environments
  • Experience developing workflow automation, REST API integrations, data models, and UI components
  • Familiarity with modern technologies including REST/JSON, event-driven workflows, and cloud-native architectures
  • Experience working with AI-enabled solutions, automation tools, or virtual agent platforms (preferred)
  • Exposure to Helix ITSM, Digital Workplace, or Helix GPT (preferred)
  • Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and SaaS release management (preferred)
  • Knowledge of UX principles and user-centered design (preferred)
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
  • A mindset that embraces experimentation, rapid iteration, and continuous learning
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving approach

At BMC we believe in pay transparency and have set the midpoint of the salary band for this role at 1,737,400 INR. Actual salaries depend on a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training, licensure, and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. 

The salary listed is just one component of BMC's employee compensation package. Other rewards may include a variable plan and country specific benefits.
