BMC is looking for an Experienced Java Developer, an innovator at heart, to join a team of highly skilled software developers, responsible for BMC’s Control-M product.

In this role you will design and develop new features using modern back-end technologies.

In this role, you will be:

  • Playing a vital role in project design to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance are met
  • Designing and developing new features as well as maintaining existing features by adding improvements and fixing defects in complex areas (using Java)
  • Assisting in troubleshooting complex technical problems in development and production 
  • Implementing methodologies, processes & tools

What we are looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience in Java Backend development
  • Experience in Spring, Swagger, REST API
  • Team player with strong learning ability
  • Proficiency in English (verbal and written)

It would be an advantage for you to have:

  • Experience in Public Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Experience in Python, Node.js, C/C++
  • Experience in SpringBoot, Docker, Kubernetes
  • Experience in Test Automation Frameworks such as Robot Framework
