Customer success is at the core of our strategy in order to maintain customer satisfaction as well as grow our existing customer base. This is a highly critical role acting as a bid manager for a broad variety of services related to Request For Proposals (RFPs). We’re looking for intelligent, motivated and organized people to take responsibility for the overall management, development, maintenance and timely delivery of effective requests for proposals (RFPs), ranging in complexity from relatively simple RFIs to very complex and comprehensive RFPs for the services sales organization. This role requires continued development and dedication to the centralized RFP knowledgebase and toolset in order to produce highly effective and efficient RFP submissions as well as tracking RFP metrics. This role covers the whole of EMEA and offers the opportunity to work with team members across the region. Additional language capability (particularly French, German, Spanish, Arabic or Italian) is desirable but not essential.
Any gaps between proposals will be filled by being an active member of a foundation support unit providing a variety of assistance to Customer Success Account Managers. CSAMs are responsible for selling the BMC customer success portfolio. CSAM assistance will take the form of simple SOW preparation, liaising with customers directly for simple SOW closures, help with advanced CSAM led services transactions, conducting internal account research. A dedicated deal-desk function is available to the Foundation Unit to aid in the preparation of paperwork.
