We are the Innovation Center of Excellence (iCOE) team that drives competitive Advantage for BMC by enabling recurring revenue growth, customer centricity, operational efficiency and transformation through actionable insights, focused operational execution, and obsessive value realization

Key Responsibility/Role Expectation
Developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform
Designing, coding, and implementing Salesforce applications
Collect and collate user feedback
Proactively engage on continuous improvement efforts for application design, automation, support, and practice development efforts
Support various applications/tools administration

Professional Experience
5+ years hands-on development experience on the Salesforce platform
Sales exposure gives you and edge for this role 
Understanding of the Salesforce product suite
Thorough understanding of the Territory and Quota design process will give you and edge
Participate in efforts to develop and execute automation, testing, training, and documentation
Good understanding of designing reports and dashboards in SFDC
Provide technical assistance and end user troubleshooting for bug fixes, enhancements, and “how-to” assistance
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities judiciously
Excellent Communication skills & Experience working in a global team
Strong commitment to customer service, employee efficiency, and company growth
Superior analytical and problem-solving abilities
Firsthand knowledge of integrating 3rd party solutions, or apps in the SFDC environment 

Good to have:
Prior experience in the Software industry preferred
Good knowledge of Excel, perhaps even VBA skills desirable
Exposure to Tableau CRM (Formerly known as Einstein Analytics) desirable
Prior experience with BI tools an added advantage
Knowledge of RPA, or other Automation tools desirable
Familiar with other technologies used in Sales, Marketing and Customer Success, e.g. Lean Data, Eloqua, Apptus, Gainsight desirable
