Description and Requirements

We are the One BMC Operations team, a highly functional, growing, business & outcome-focused agile team that enables business groups and departments within BMC. We do this by aligning everything we do towards 4 key priorities: Accelerating Productivity, Driving Strategic Transformation, Increasing Customer Success & Delivering Operational Excellence.


Work with the GTM CoE Manager on areas for production gains for the Business Operations Managers (BOMs)
Document key processes of BOMs & create a process lifecycle management (creation, approval, distribution, monitoring, improvement)
Leverage technology to simplify, improve & automate the process execution and the customer experience
Support operational work like territory changes and quota related activities (creation, changes, deviations, signoffs) etc.
Identify opportunities and help standardize work and work deliverables, scale the standards and best practices across regions
Assist in driving consistency in processes implemented within the GTM Sales Organization 
Support automation initiatives of key processes to increase the amount of time that sellers spend with customers and partners
Ability to participate, contribute, and in some cases, lead multiple disparate efforts
Develop good working cadence with Business Operations Managers and help identify operational areas that you can add value and ability to think outside the box
Works collaboratively across functional teams to develop advanced and sophisticated, quantitative analysis, translating internal and external data into actionable insights

7+ years’ experience in a sales, sales operations or customer service people management role and environment.
Experience of developing and implementing processes and procedures. ISO experience would be an advantage.
Coordinate with the cross functional teams and stakeholders (internal & External) for the execution of project(s) from start to end using Project management methodology
Experience and ability to provide process training & coaching to junior members on team.  
Create a can-do and innovative culture.
Excellent organizational skills, independent and able to prioritize tasks.
Solid financial/analytical background with an operational mindset
Data-driven with strong analytical ability 
Ability to work under pressure in a rapidly evolving fast-paced environment.
Excellent MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.) skills are essential
Process building tools experience like Visio or Lucid skills are essential
Hands-on experience in advanced Excel & Any programming experience is a plus.
Detail-oriented and a believer in the value of a process
Delegates, assigns and reviews tasks given to team members for accuracy and within defined SLA.
Must be flexible, self-motivated, and team-oriented
Highly adaptable and used to working in a change management environment by facilitating change management by developing and creating training documentation, provide ongoing user support, implement reports and dashboards, etc.
Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.
Has excellent communication skills both verbal and written and used to interaction with people all around the globe in a multi-cultural environment
Hands-on experience with CRM solutions (eg, Salesforce) would be an added advantage
General application and technology knowledge
Integrates seamless in project teams and takes an active expert role

ITIL foundation certification
Working experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlikview, etc)
