Description and Requirements

The Staff SQA Engineer will participate in Test case writing and automation with a focus to ensure high quality for production-grade, high quality, portable, maintainable, and BMC standards-compliant software. A team member who is passionate about quality and demonstrates creativity and innovation in automating the product, with excellent problem solving, analysis, analytical and communication skills Major part of Role would require hands-on automation experience for enterprise products.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • You will be responsible for Product QA activities and  automation of a BMC product
  • You will participate in all aspects of SaaS product QA, from test case writing to product automation and sustaining.
  • Learn and adopt cutting-edge technologies and tools to automate SaaS solutions.
  • Responsible for delivery of high-quality enterprise offerings to schedules.
  • The candidate should have excellent analytical skills and should be able to identify root cause of an issue.
  • The candidate is expected to have excellent communication skills.

  • Hands on Experience in BMC Products like Helix ITSM, Helix  Platform  etc
  • Hands on experience with BMC Remedy QA activities
  • 3+ years in automation framework and tools e.g. Selenium, Rest API automation
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related disciplines preferred.
  • Proven track record of technical excellence in Operational Efficiencies to deliver on time and with quality.       
  • Excellent knowledge with Perforce/ GIT repository and JIRA tools.
