Our global talent acquisition team are looking to hire a motivated and passionate recruiter to join an amazing team of highly skilled recruiters & lead full cycle recruitment processes for our Customer Success business in EMEA, US & Canada.  

The Customer Success business is at the center of our customers journey with BMC, From post sale, implementation and go live to support, renewal and retention, this group is made up of passionate individuals with an excellent mix of technical, product and customer facing skills; they ensure our customers get the most out of their BMC solutions. It's no different for the Recruiter responsible for bringing top talent into the business. 

To be successful in this role you'll need experience of sourcing, engaging and attracting candidates for professional/consulting services, customer technical support and customer success roles. This is a headhunting role that would suit someone who loves to uncover that gem candidate. 
What does the job look like?
  • You'll work closely with hiring managers across EMEA, US and Canada to deeply understand technical & competency-based requirements of the role and determine an optimal recruitment process
  • Own, design & implement innovative recruitment & sourcing strategies that meet business needs and help create candidate pipelines in a timely and cost-effective manner
  • Conduct resume and phone screenings to assess candidates' compatibility 
  • Pull, analyze & manipulate data & gather market intelligence to ensure you make date-driven decisions & provide ongoing feedback to managers
  • Ensure positive candidate experience & hiring manager satisfaction 
Experience requirements
  • Experience of recruiting for software consulting, customer support and PMO 
  • Expertise with hands-on full life-cycle recruiting with a proven track record of success filling challenging technical roles
  • Excellent sourcing skills, proficiency in Social Media recruiting platforms
  • Proven organizational skills with attention to detail 
  • Highly energized and self-driven with great passion for recruitment
  • Self-motivated & assertive - ability to hunt down answers and drive solutions autonomously
  • Strong relationship-building & team collaboration skills
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, rapid-growth environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
