  • You will be responsible to analyze, synthesize and present data-based insights into product usage, use cases, patterns, and gaps in customer experience.
  • Regularly monitor and report on user experience metrics across applications.
  • Provide recommendations to create and improve innovative user experiences across applications.
  • Work closely with qualitative researcher and customer success analysts to synthesize data across various research sources/methods, and to uncover user insights collectively.
  • Work with developers to identify and schedule enhancements to the data analytics platform
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to product teams and stakeholders to help make better decisions through data insights.
  • Work with PMs and Designers on various product teams to ensure instrumentation and development of reliable and valid test plans.
  • Be an advocate for best practices in data and research analytics across the company
  • Help to establish a UX program for data analytics.
  • Help to manage and direct data collection within telemetry tools to align with current business goals.

Minimum skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Science, Statistics, Human Computer Interaction, Psychology, Business, or related field
  • 2-3 years of experience analyzing product telemetry data and using analytic software to gather insights into product customer experience.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with statistics, multivariate data visualization, multivariate regression, logs analytics, and text analytics.
  • Experience in statistical analysis, A/B platforms and Excel
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, design, execute, and communicate research.
  • Experience working with multidisciplinary or cross-functional agile teams (e.g., design, product management, engineering).
  • Proven track record influencing product direction and strategy with actionable insights.

Desired skills:  

  • Masters, PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Science, Statistics, Human Computer Interaction, Psychology, Business, or related field.
  • Experience working in enterprise software or cloud services.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clearly and actionable insight across different various teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency statistical and analytic tools such as R or Python
  • Excellent project management skills.
