Description and Requirements

Primary Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide TSSA & Automation tools Support to Infra Teams.
Manage & Support TSSA instance 
Ensure all clients are reporting to TSSA
Ensure adherence to various compliance parameters (Patch/Config/Server etc.)
Enable & Support Sys Admin team with their Monthly Patching activities 
Reporting various compliance factors
Strong Knowledge & working experience on managing TSSA/Bladelogic which includes installation, configuration, upgrade and troubleshooting
Should know how to create/align TSSA deployment jobs, BLPackages, audit, snapshot, compliance and remediation jobs
Manage and support server objects, rule based compliance and reporting in Bladelogic
Working knowledge of Windows/Unix Operating Systems & Virtualization will be added advantage  
Comfortable working in rotational shifts - 12.30PM to 9.30PM
Work with Change & Incident Management Tools. 
Strong verbal and written communication skills are required for interaction with a global team. 
Work independently with minimal supervision, normally receiving minimal instruction on day-to-work activities. 
Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires thorough evaluation. 
Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.  
Use skills and experience to identify and resolve a wide range of issues in practical and imaginative ways. 
Assess and communicate risks based on complexity, resource and timeline constraints. 
Ability to work in cross functional teams and influence the outcome.
Graduation (12 + 3)         
ITIL, TSSA MCSE, AWS Certification is an added advantage.
