- Collaborate with customers and Sales teams to request, collect, and validate software license usage data for assigned BMC products.
- Analyze customer usage data independently to determine compliance with licensing agreements and clearly communicate findings and outcomes.
- Support Sales and customers in resolving license compliance matters by providing detailed analysis and clear explanations of BMC licensing policies.
- Research customer entitlements, contracts, and historical data to ensure accurate compliance assessments.
- Manage and monitor the shared compliance mailbox, responding promptly to internal and external queries.
- Meet defined productivity, quality, and SLA targets across assigned compliance activities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including tool automation, process enhancement, and documentation within the License Compliance Program.
- Act as a subject matter expert for assigned products or functional areas within the License Compliance team.

To ensure you are set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and SharePoint.
- Background in basic technical skills such as working knowledge of MS Access; familiarity with AI or automation tools is desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret licensing and usage data.
- Experience in back-office operations or Order Management environments.
- Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in the software industry, customer support, or customer service roles.
