Description and Requirements

The Education Delivery Representative role plays a pivotal part in ensuring that our customers attend the correct training at the right time, to best meet their business requirements. BMC Software recognizes the associated Revenue when customers attend training, therefore this role has a direct impact on key education Key Performance Indicators such as Revenue Attainment and Margin. The role reports to the Director of Education Services.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with general education questions and queries from customers, partners and BMC employees. 
• Liaising with customers and partners to understand their training requirements.
• Building and adjusting training plans based on the number of Learning Pass Credits a customer or partner has purchased
• Monitoring Learning Pass Credit and SoW Backlog to ensure that Customers complete training before expiry dates.
• Assessing and consolidating training demand that is then forwarded to the Education Scheduling team so they can set up appropriate training classes depending on regional, solution or time requirements
• Registration of students for Public, Private and Web Based training
• Assisting SSMs and ESRs in the creation of education proposals
• Creating quotes and training agendas
• Creating BMC contractual documentation such at Statements of Work, Learning Pass Agreements, Bid Sheets and LPC Redemption Forms
• Actively seeking education sales opportunities that will increase Backlog


The successful applicant will work in collaboration with a range of BMC's internal teams such as customer success, education sales teams, and a variety of BMC partners. This role would suit somebody from a customer facing training background, as there will be an element of ongoing Project Management required with some BMC clients.
