- Act as the primary education advisor for assigned customers, ensuring their learning needs are identified, planned, and fulfilled.
- Promote the BMC Education Catalog to customers, partners, and internal teams, clearly articulating value and learning outcomes.
- Deliver clear and engaging presentations to customers and stakeholders to explain education offerings, learning paths, and subscription benefits.
- Assist customers and partners with course registration, access, and optimization of Training Units for instructor-led and eLearning courses.
- Define and support the delivery of customized training plans, based on skills assessments, project requirements, and customer objectives.
- Schedule and coordinate private and dedicated instructor-led training sessions for customers.
- Onboard customers to BMC Education Enterprise Subscriptions and manage ongoing access and usage.
- Monitor course utilization and provide regular reporting on subscription usage and training consumption.
- Manage the education backlog to support and achieve revenue targets.
- Provide weekly education forecasts to leadership teams.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and regional teams to drive education demand and identify new education sales opportunities.
Core Skills
- Strong customer-facing skills with proven experience in customer success, customer support, or education consulting roles.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and regions.
- Outstanding presentation skills, including the ability to confidently present education solutions, learning strategies, and value propositions to diverse audiences.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously.
- Experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, Education Delivery, or Educational Architecture roles.
- Understanding of software or SaaS products is a strong advantage.
- Experience working in a global or regional customer environment is preferred.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
