Position Description:
This position will work very closely with:
  • BMC Engineering Team.
  • BMC Customer Support Team.
  • BMC Professional Services Team.
  • BMC Helix SaaS Teams – DevOps, Operations, Database, Networking, Security and Wintel.
  • BMC Helix SaaS Customers - To gather requirements, Review customizations and integrations, Cutover.
Key Primary Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate a high level of Customer Success
  • Demonstrate an ability to identify areas that can be automated as well as provide solutions/recommendations on how to automate.
  • Handling of all BMC Helix Releases/Upgrades as a part of the Migration Team.
  • Coordinate with customers and Project Managers to gather requirements and perform complexity analysis
  • Execution of the Upgrade plan
  • Completing Upgrade POCs to finalize the process required.
  • Troubleshooting & Fixing all Issues identified during releases related to the area of responsibility or be able to coordinate, delegate and moderate the resolution of issues with appropriate eco-system teams.
  • Coordinate with OnDemand Support Teams including Operations, Database, Networking, Security, Wintel and Engineering Teams.
  • Participate in Internal Team Review meetings.
Position Requirements:
  • Should have a minimum of 6/7yrs of work experience in a global setup demonstrating strong collaboration, communication, teamwork and decision-making capabilities.
  • Should be very Fluent in English Language (Oral and Written)
  • Experience in working with customers, stakeholder management (internal and external) as well as in a SaaS Operations team is mandatory
  • Experience of working with BMC Helix Service Management Solution or any other solution in service management space is preferable.
  • Exposure in ARS Development using ARS Forms & ARS objects - Active Links, Filters, Escalation, Active Link Guide, Filter Guides, Menus, Web Services, Applications.
  • Exposure to executing Migration Projects in Service Management space is preferable.
  • Exposure to DevOps technologies and Processes highly preferred.
  • Strong Problem-solving Ability.
  • Able to design & document the requirements comprehensively to execute the Release Project Plans.
  • Ability to work with significant deadlines.
  • Hard Working, dedicated & effective communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computers / IT or equivalent experience.
