The BMC Customer Success Management team is seeking a versatile Digital Customer Success Program Specialist to deliver impactful digital programs that drive customer adoption, engagement, and success at scale. This role blends strategic campaign design, content curation, and AI tool delivery to ensure our customers receive the right resources at the right time, through the right channels. You will work at the intersection of customer experience, technology and content, helping shape a best-in-class digital success motion.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Customer Success Program Delivery
Design and execute targeted digital engagement programs for our non-named and digitally-led customer segments.
Develop content journeys and engagement strategies aligned to product adoption goals.
Partner with customer success, marketing, and product teams to ensure consistent, value-driven messaging.
Curate, adapt, and package content from internal and external sources for maximum relevance and impact.
Leverage engagement data to refine campaigns and improve effectiveness over time.
AI Tools Delivery & Optimization
Lead the design, management, and enhancement of AI-powered tools that improve customer engagement and internal efficiency.
Collaborate with technical teams to define requirements, manage integrations, and ensure ongoing optimization.
Apply analytics to measure AI tool impact and identify new opportunities for automation and personalization.
Stay up to date on trends in AI, automation, and digital customer success to drive innovation in our programs.
Qualifications
- 2+ years in digital customer success, customer marketing, product marketing, or SaaS program management.
- Experience with customer engagement platforms (e.g., Gainsight, Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo) and AI/automation tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decisions and measure success.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, actionable content and campaigns.
- Fluent in English, other languages preferred
Preferred
- Background in SaaS or enterprise software customer engagement.
- Familiarity with customer journey mapping and lifecycle marketing.
- Understanding of AI prompt design and model tuning.

The annual base salary range represents the low and high end of the BMC salary range for this position. Actual salaries depend on a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training, licensure, and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
The range listed is just one component of BMC's employee compensation package. Other rewards may include a variable plan and country specific benefits.
At BMC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at /near the top of the range. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $69,525 - $115,875
