- Administer and maintain the sales commissions platform (e.g., Xactly, Callidus, or equivalent).
- Partner with Sales Ops, Finance, and HR to ensure accurate and timely commission calculations.
- Translate compensation plans into system logic and workflows.
- Perform regular audits and reconciliations to ensure data integrity.
- Generate and distribute commission statements and dashboards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve commission-related inquiries from sales representatives.
- Support compensation plan modeling, testing, and deployment.
- Document processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field with 3+ years of experience in sales operations, commissions administration, or compensation analytics, preferably within a SaaS or complex enterprise software company.
- You have hands-on experience with sales compensation tools (e.g., Xactly, Callidus, SAP Commissions, Forma. Ai).
- You are proficient in Excel (advanced modeling), SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- You are familiar with leveraging AI & GenAI Technology for productivity and the sales operations & commissioning function.
- Knowledge of SOX compliance and audit controls related to compensation is a plus.

The annual base salary range represents the low and high end of the BMC salary range for this position. Actual salaries depend on a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training, licensure, and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
The range listed is just one component of BMC's employee compensation package. Other rewards may include a variable plan and country specific benefits.
At BMC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at /near the top of the range. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $62,025 - $103,375
