BU/Product Description & Job Overview:

BMC Software is seeking a talented Marketing Automation expert to be part of its dynamic Marketing Services team. The Senior Campaign manager’s primary responsibilities are to execute demand and field marketing programs using our marketing automation platform, as well as providing support for target audience segmentation, direct marketing execution, to help generate pipeline and drive conversion.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Design and create end-to-end campaign in Eloqua to support various marketing initiatives
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure campaigns are created, tested, and delivered on-time by acting as a point person for the marketing operations team
  • Create and modify HTML emails as per the campaign requirement
  • Create and maintain lead nurture campaigns supporting various product areas
  • Drive segmentation to support all the different campaigns based on the requirement
  • Work on relevant tools which are part of our marketing technology stack
  • Optimization of email marketing performance through A/B testing, email lifecycle management, personalization and innovation

Qualification and Required Skills:

  • 4+ years of hands-on marketing automation experience using Eloqua
  • Knowledge and experience of HTML/CSS for emails
  • Salesforce CRM experience as a marketing user
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced work environment and managing multiple projects with great attention to detail
  • Well versed with email marketing best practices including data privacy laws etc.

Desired (Good to have skills):

  • Oracle Certifications: B2B Master, B2B Luminary, Oracle Marketing Cloud Implementation Specialist
  • Experience with latest marketing technologies
  • Passion to learn and expand hands-on technical skills
