BU/PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

This position of Staff Business Systems Analyst is within Global Procurement Operations in BMC reporting to the Procurement Operations Manager. The objective of the role is to be accountable for maintenance and improvement of global Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) processes.


  • Oversee various Procure to Pay Programs and/or Applications (Oracle, Fieldglass, AX CAR, Punchouts etc.)
  • 5-8 years of technical experience with Oracle R12 implementations in Finance, Procurement areas.
  • Must have exceedingly good knowledge of P2P (Procure to Pay) Process in Oracle Modules: Purchasing, iProcurement, Payables.
  • Having Functional knowledge is preferred.
  • Should have knowledge of Oracle SR management.
  • Experience with RPA.
  • Experience in systems analysis, understanding and interpreting requirements specifications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Motivated and competent to contribute time and effort to work assigned.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment as requested.
  • Coordinates with IT on P2P Technical issues and requirements.
  • Effectively coordinates project and initiative activities at the direction of management.
  • P2P Application configurations, maintenance and monitoring to ensure effective administration.
  • Effectively plan, coordinate, and execute prioritized initiatives.
  • Participation in cross-functional project teams to ensure timelines and milestones are met. 
  • Provide management with weekly/monthly/quarterly metrics surrounding P2P applications.
  • Ad-Hoc reporting needs.
  • Monitors best practices and key performance indicators.

Qualifications:

  • Full time graduation is required.
  • Should have excellent knowledge of P2P business cycle and Oracle R12 with 5 to 8 years’ experience.
  • Should have good communication skills.
