Description and Requirements

IS&T Solution Management team is responsible for client engagement activities required to support the infrastructure & application needs of the product development community within BMC.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities:
You’ll be responsible for Customer-IT Collaboration to shepherd requests, manage resources and advocate needs
Requirements gathering and analysis in support of software development tools and processes  
Reporting requirements as needed for above activities
You’ll drive communication of relevant information bi-directionally between departments.
Application support request analysis and requirements elicitation.
Project engagement to analyze impact, enforce standards and ensure resource availability
  
Qualifications:
Previous experience as business system analyst role or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in helpdesk, technical or application support role would be beneficial
Previous experience in supporting devops practices beneficial
Prior experience in enterprise application services support would be beneficial
Should have working knowledge of the software development lifecycle & Agile methodologies
Should have good communication skills
