Description and Requirements

Senior Solution Engineer 

  • Provides primarily pre-sales technical support for the development and implementation of complex products/applications/solutions. 
  •  Works with vendors, partners, and sales to ensure that optimum systems solutions are provided to new and existing customers. 
  • Develops processes and systems to provide quick yet thorough response to customer requests for proposal.
  • Uses in-depth product knowledge to provide technical expertise to sales staff and the customer through sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Assists the sales team in assessing potential application of company products to meet customer needs and may prepare detailed product specifications for the development and implementation of customer products/applications/solutions.
  • Creates detailed design and implementation specifications for complex products/applications/solutions. 
  • Builds a mini-application based on customer requirements to demonstrate feasibility of the application, often requiring rapid prototyping and/or product demo for client.
  • Provides consultation to prospective users and/or product capability assessment and validation.

  • Uses full understanding of discipline to resolve complex issues in creative and efficient ways. 
  • Applies judgement in evaluating and proposing recommendations to resolve issues that often require deep analysis and interpretation of data.
