With the renewals business as a strategic emphasis for the company, and a very large portion of total revenue, you will be a critical piece to our success.

 

This role is responsible for providing extraordinary Sales Operations support to the Global Support Sales organization (also known as “Renewals”). Duties include ensuring all activities and reporting adhere to established policies and procedures. You will provide counsel on, planning, resource allocation, territory management, and matrix align to the VP of Renewals providing seamless sales operations support.

 

You will be working cross functionally to find innovative ways to partner renewals, with field sales, and other sales operations teams to monitor forecast accuracy, pipeline hygiene and other issues. You will proactively assess complex issues and quickly determine the appropriate course of action.

 

You must be customer focused and results oriented. Extraordinary communication skills are a must to collaborate and build consensus at all levels in the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end operations management and analytics of the WW Renewals team

  • Data validation, transformation, visualization, modeling, and analysis to support a global sales organization
  • Drive and maintain pipeline coverage and forecast accuracy through reporting, enablement, and automation
  • Analyze key metrics in support of our go to market strategy
  • Deliver dashboards & presentations to support key executive meetings, e.g. QBRs, Pipeline Reviews, ELT meetings
  • Work with peers in Sales Operations, Sales & Marketing, and Finance to support and drive improvements
  • Drive and participate in new initiatives that positively impact the organization in a meaningful way
  • Continuously evaluate, seek feedback and look for ways to improve the level of service and support to our stakeholders

 

Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree with strong academic performance in Information Systems, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Business, Statistics, or another quantitative or analytical field

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Analyst, Finance Analyst, Sales Operations, Management Consulting, or similar function leading multiple complex initiatives from conception to execution in a fast-paced work environment
  • Experience working with sales and marketing automation software. (e.g. Salesforce.com)·  
  • Strong data analytics and program management skills
  • Expert in sales processes and quota/territory management with a solid understanding of the Enterprise Software space
  • Ability to take ownership of end-to-end processes and drive decisions
  • Works effectively in an unstructured environment requiring new perspectives and creative approaches juggling multiple competing deadlines. Can adapt quickly to changes and possesses a strong work ethic
  • Meticulous organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively while also ensuring accuracy of work through attention to detail
  • Experience creating data visualizations in Tableau Desktop a plus
  • Creative problem-solving skills to generate ideas to address challenges identified
  • Possess the ability to both understand data and translate the “so-what” into digestible business language
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to make compelling, data-driven, recommendations for change at all levels in the organization
