We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Resource Manager to join our global Resource Management team. This role will primarily support the Americas to help resource diverse customer engagements, ensure accurate, skills-based strategic workforce planning and improve overall process using modern PSA tooling.  

This role will also be responsible for general Professional Services Operations functions, centering around driving change and adapting operational processes in response to shifting business needs. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of resource management principles and has a strong appetite for continuous improvement.   

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Ensure prompt, efficient and optimal staffing using Certinia PSA. 

  • Collaborate with Leadership, Geographies, Project Management and Sales to understand near-term and strategic resourcing demand.  

  • Manage resource forecasting and capacity planning to support project delivery and business growth. 

  • Maximize resource utilization by coordinating project schedules, working closely with project members, and employing innovative staffing solutions. Develop and implement resource management strategies to optimize resource allocation and utilization. 

  • Manage processes around Consulting Services Partners to streamline operations and support our overall Partner strategy.  

  • Continuously refine and enhance operational processes to meet new challenges and opportunities. 

  • Develop, deploy, and monitor regional resourcing processes for the Americas, and actively contribute to the development and continuous improvement of global resourcing processes to ensure alignment and consistency across all regions." 

  • Support the development and execution of the Customer Success strategy, including but not limited to the Resource Management function. 

  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, anticipate their needs, and actively engage with them to ensure alignment and effective communication across teams 

  • Lead and contribute to other strategic projects for Customer Success and/or Operations as they arise. 

  • 5(+) years in a Resource Management or Professional Services role 
  • Understanding of both tactical and strategic Resource Management processes 
  • Experience with Certinia or similar modern PSA tool 
  • Professional team player with proven communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Proven track record of adaptability in dynamic environments 
  • Strong appetite for continuous improvement 
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills (e.g., PivotTables, complex formulas) 
  • Ability to translate data into actionable operational insights. 
  • Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools to improve reporting and operational workflows (e.g., using Copilot/GenAI to draft analyses, automate recurring reporting, and summarize trends), with sound judgment around data privacy and governance.
