We are the One BMC Operations team, a highly functional, growing, business & outcome-focused agile team that enables business groups and departments within BMC. We do this by aligning everything we do towards 4 key priorities: Accelerating Productivity, Driving Strategic Transformation, Increasing Customer Success & Delivering Operational Excellence.

About You

As an Analyst of the GTM Operations Centre of Excellence, you will be working to support BMC’s Go-To-Market (GTM) Operational and Sales team. The GTM Operations Centre of Excellence mission is to ensure that our Business Processes are reviewed on a regular basis, efficient, optimized, easy to understand and provide benefits across the organization.

We are looking for an individual that is passionate about customer service and keen in continuous improvement, therefore making a difference to our internal stakeholder experience.  Candidates should be highly dynamic, meticulous with a process driven approach and have exceptional communication skills to build strong partnership and support at all levels of the organisation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify opportunities and help standardize work and work deliverables, scale the standards and best practices across regions
  • Work with peers in Sales Operations, Sales & Marketing, and Finance to support and drive improvements
  • Data preparation, transformation, and analysis to support analytics and process execution
  • Provide end-to-end operations management and analytics for the GTM Sales team
  • Analyze key metrics in support of our go to market strategy like Pipeline Coverage and Forecast Accuracy
  • Drive and participate in new initiatives that positively impact the organization in a meaningful way
  • Continuously evaluate, seek feedback, and look for ways to improve the level of service and support to our stakeholders

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor’s degree with strong academic performance in Information Systems, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Business, Statistics, or another quantitative or analytical field
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Analyst, Finance Analyst, Sales Operations, or similar function leading multiple complex initiatives from conception to execution in a fast-paced work environment
  • Experience working with sales and marketing automation software. (e.g. Salesforce.com)·        
  • Strong data analytics and program management skills
  • Expert in sales processes and quota/territory management with a solid understanding of the Enterprise Software space
  • Ability to take ownership of end-to-end processes and drive decisions
  • Works effectively in an unstructured environment requiring new perspectives and creative approaches juggling multiple competing deadlines. Can adapt quickly to changes and possesses a strong work ethic
  • Meticulous organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively while also ensuring accuracy of work through attention to detail
  • Creative problem-solving skills to generate ideas to address challenges identified
  • Possess the ability to both understand data and translate the “so-what” into digestible business language
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to make compelling, data-driven, recommendations for change at all levels in the organization
