We are currently looking for a Renewal Sales Representative to join out Singapore Team, focusing on the Greater China Region. This is an excellent opportunity to work with key accounts pivotal to the success of BMC in the region as our focus on Subscription based services grows each year.

The Renewal Representative role is responsible for managing and selling BMC software maintenance renewals.  This role will manage and maintain support contracts while growing support revenues through renewing, up-selling and reinstating maintenance support contracts. 

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain successful relationships with key contacts at our customer accounts
  • Consistently deliver renewals bookings
  • Negotiate renewal contracts
  • Risk management, reduce churn in accounts
  • Educate customers and partners on the Support and Maintenance services and offerings
  • Work collaboratively with the Field Sales, Pre-Sales, best practices, and the rest of the Sales and support functions
  • Provide timely and actionable insight back into the management team
  • Provide an accurate forecast to the management and opportunity management within salesforce

Required Experience/skills

  • Excellent in English, Mandarin & Cantonese verbal and written communication skills, with experience interacting with the business and procurement sides of large organizations.
  • Experience in closing business transactions with multiple approval levels
  • Retain, grow and transform mentality with a strong focus on customer success
  • Comfortable interacting with customers and channel partners
  • Strong forecast accuracy
  • Ability to thrive in a high growth, rapidly changing environment
  • Salesforce experience preferred or equivalent systems experience
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently as well as contribute to a team
  • Team player that understands success rests on helping others to be successful.
