- Lead Control-M SaaS migration projects, managing cross-functional teams consisting of internal resources, partners, and customer stakeholders.
- Participate in internal teams to improve, document, and create internal processes .
- Develop and maintain core project artifacts including project management plans, project schedules, communication plans, RAID logs, status reports, and meeting documentation.
- Establish and lead recurring governance meetings, including preparation of materials and facilitation of discussions with Customer Project Managers and key stakeholders.
- Drive alignment across Customer Teams, Account Teams, Pre-sales, Services Sales, and PMO to ensure effective communication and delivery execution.
- Monitor and report project health, including dashboards, risks, issues, and performance metrics.
- Define and manage customer success criteria and conditions of satisfaction early in the engagement and throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify opportunities to expand services and collaborate with account teams to drive additional business.
- Ensure all internal and external stakeholders are informed of project status, risks, and opportunities.
- Proactively manage risks and escalate issues impacting delivery or customer satisfaction in alignment with defined processes.
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with PMO standards, reporting cadence, and BMC delivery methodologies.
- Approve team time and expense submissions on a weekly basis.
- Maintain accurate project tracking and reporting within tools such as Certinia.
- Forecast project revenue with +/- 5% accuracy on a weekly basis for the quarter.
- Contribute to internal process improvements, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Achieve utilization targets and support overall delivery excellence.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience with workload automation tools (e.g., Control-M, CA7, CA-ESP, CA-Autosys, IBM, Tidal, Redwood).
- 5+ years of experience managing full lifecycle software implementation projects.
- Proven track record managing projects valued at $250K+ with teams of 3+ members over 6+ months.
- Experience working with global teams across multiple countries and cultures.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Knowledge of operating environments including Mainframe, Linux, Unix, and Windows.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification.
- Experience with SaaS deployments.
- Knowledge of BMC Workload Automation solutions.
