Description and Requirements

Business Operations Automation Team (COE) within BMC is looking for Project / Program Manager focused on end-to-end project management of automation projects related to different Business Units within the company.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Lead execution of the assigned RPA programs & projects.
  • Maintain the progress trackers for the deployed & in pipeline RPA (Robotics Process Automation) projects.
  • Produce accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout the life cycle.
  • Consistently report and review progress of the RPA projects to business, Steering group, and relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide analysis and develop business process diagrams to support process design or redesign initiatives.
  • Build and maintain effective partnerships with key cross functional leaders, facilitate process improvement initiatives through standardization and automation projects by partnering with the Business Units and RPA developers / leaders.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in process improvement & transformation, change management, operating model design, data analysis and reporting
  • Project management certification (PMI/CAPM or PMP/PgMP, PRINCE2)
  • Project management experience in Quote to Cash, Financial Shared Services & Accounting is a plus, but not mandatory
  • Excellent interpersonal (communication and presentation) and organizational skills
  • Effective in engaging, partnering with and influencing stakeholders across the matrix up to VP level
  • Problem solving abilities and a can-do attitude
  • Confident, proactive self-starters, comfortable in managing and engaging others
  • Ability to move fluidly between big picture and detail always keeping the end goal in mind
  • Inclination toward collaborative partnership, and able to help establish/be part of high performing teams for impact
  • Highly diligent with close eye for detail. Delivers quality outputs
