Description and Requirements

  • Work across the different product portfolio teams to identify AI/ML use cases, evaluate their value, collaborate on customer research, requirements, and design.
  • Accountable for delivering detailed product requirements for new and existing products based on subject matter expertise and deep understanding of the market from working closely with customers, analysts and business stakeholders 
  • Understands customer workflow, as it relates to the relevant products, at a very deep level to translate market requirements to Product Development and the value proposition to downstream functions (marketing, sales, operations) 
  • Interacts with the Product Development and others to translate product requirements into technical specifications 
  • Develops business cases for new product development and product enhancements
  • Proactively identifies and champions new product opportunities. Manages the design, development, implementation and enhancement of new or existing products supporting organization and business line objectives 
  • Properly segments the market and creates specific product strategies and tactics to address each segment's needs and requirements 
  • Conducts competitive analysis and market assessment for establishing go-to-market strategies that capitalize on market trends, customer needs and competitive positioning 
  • Maintains a multi-year product strategy and establishes roadmaps for new products or product enhancements, including, developing new offerings, expanding on existing solutions, and leveraging existing products to build platform-based solutions 
  • Communicates product status and roadmap evolution to senior and executive management 
  • Builds effective relationships with the sales force, customers, partners, and internal departments 
Experience required:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 
  • Extensive Product Management experience working with a software engineering development team
  • Alternatively, a very strong background in IT Operations or IT Service Management background with some exposure to AI / ML
  • History of delivering cloud applications and platform solutions
  • Experience documenting requirements and user stories in JIRA and Confluence 
  • Excellent communication, presentation skills 
  • Ability to collaborate with and influence cross functional teams  
Preferred Experience and Skills:
  • Experience with IT Service Management / IT Operations Management  
  • Experience with AI/ML use cases and implementation
  • Experience with cloud services (AWS / GCP / Azure)
  • Experience with Kubernetes
