BMC is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our amazing team working on IT service management products. This is a remote position (East Coast \ EMEA).

In this role, you will be responsible for the the end-to-end lifecycle of existing and new products, including customer research, requirements, design, development, release, implementation, enhancements etc.

  • Responsibility for the products’ lifecycle end to end – from design and requirements to delivery and customization
  • Work closely with B2B enterprise customers from various industries
  • Interact with internal departments, such as R&D, Marketing, Sales, DevOps etc., to translate product requirements into technical specifications 
  • Proactively identify and champion new product opportunities, while developing a business case for new product development and product enhancements
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market assessment to establish go-to-market strategies that capitalize on market trends, customer needs and competitive positioning
  • Maintain a multi-year product strategy and establish roadmaps for existing and new products
  • Communicate product status and roadmap evolution to senior and executive management 


  • 5+ years’ experience in product management
  • Experience working B2B enterprise customers, as well as with R&D teams, Marketing, Sales etc.
  • Strong background in IT Operations or IT Service Management background
  • Experience in delivering cloud applications and platform solutions
  • Experience documenting requirements and user stories in JIRA and Confluence 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Motivation and self-learning abilities
  • Great interpersonal skills and the right amount of assertiveness


  • Experience with AI/ML use cases and implementation
  • Experience with cloud services (AWS / GCP / Azure)
  • Experience with Kubernetes
  • Technical background in software development
