Job Description

As a Product Manager, you will be focused on defining and prioritizing the product backlog, working daily with the developers. You will build products backlog from collaborating on market and customer requirements, leveraging your experience in DevOps and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). You must possess a unique blend of business and technical acumen with a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality. You must enjoy understanding and solving problems and find innovative solutions for real world use cases. You must be able break epics into stories and be able to prioritize them in collaboration with the developers.

You must be able to communicate with all areas of the company, including product management, engineering, marketing, and other stakeholders. 

Job Responsibilities:

·       Managing product backlog and specifying requirements as user stories with acceptance criteria

·       Work closely with product management on the plan and take it to the next level of details

·       Working closely with the developers on grooming the backlog so that there is several sprints ready

·       Participate in release planning while taking ownership on items planned for the release

·       Be a team member of the product management team yet work closely with engineering

  • Serve as the voice of the customer in product design and development discussions
  • Study our competitors and the industry


·       Knowledgeable & experienced in software development lifecycle (SDLC) and DevOps

·       Strong understanding and work experience in Agile methods

·       Experience in UI/UX design & workflows 

·       Team player with strong collaboration and communication skills


·       Knowledgeable & experienced in Mainframe (z/OS) technology

·       Certified and experienced Scrum Product Owner

·       Computer Science or Engineering degree
