Seeking a Product Developer to work on our z/OS Certificate Management product that has a Windows-based UI. You will have a solid background in mainframe and distributed security and must have an active CISSP certification.
As a member of the product development team at BMC you are responsible for coding software and participating in all development efforts to produce high quality, high performing and fault tolerant software.
Here is how, through this exciting role, YOU will contribute to BMC's and your own success:
• Contribute to be a member of the Development team responsible for developing and debugging of software products.
• Work on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of several factors.
• Work across product lines with interaction of other BMC products
• Independently design and implement features that address customer needs with a sense of ownership within given timelines
• As every BMC employee, you will be given the opportunity to learn, be included in global projects, challenge yourself and be the innovator when it comes to solving everyday problems.

- Must possess excellent documentation skills for developed applications and features
- Must be able to explain complicated concepts clearly to management
- Must have strong presentation skills
- Candidate must have strong diagnostics, debugging, and troubleshooting skills
- Good proficiency in English language is required
- Candidate must be motivated, think and work independently as well as within a team, and have strong communication skills
- Candidate must have highly developed organizational skills
