Description and Requirements

This position is for our SaaS Server team who is responsible to provide Windows, Linux, AWS, Kubernetes, Docker & Virtualization support on VMware & Cloud technology.

SaaS Server team is responsible to maintain and support all OS platform, Private, and public cloud deployment.



Primary Roles And Responsibilities

  • Provide support on Kubernetes and Docker Environments
  • Provide support on AWS Cloud Environments
  • Troubleshoot, Support, and maintain Rancher and OpenShift infra on Public and Private cloud
  • Troubleshoot performance degradation or loss of service as time critical incidents
  • OS Compliance and patching for Windows, Linux and Virtualization Platforms
  • Support and maintain private and public cloud deployment
  • Build and provisioning customer environments on AWS/Virtual infrastructure


Qualifications

  • Strong Knowledge & Experience on containerization technologies like docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift and Rancher
  • Knowledge of AWS, Azure and Google cloud
  • Basic Knowledge of VM backups tools like Veeam
  • Knowledge of Linux, Windows, Windows Security & Scripting, & VMware
  • Work with Change & Incident Management Tools
  • ITIL, MCSE, CKA, AWS, VMware Certification is an added advantage

  • An ability to work independently with minimal supervision, normally receiving minimal instruction on day-to-work activities
  • An ability to work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires thorough evaluation
  • Good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
  • Use skills and experience to identify and resolve a wide range of issues in practical and imaginative ways
  • Assess and communicate risks based on complexity, resource and timeline constraints
  • Ability to work in cross functional teams and influence the outcome
