As the Senior Manager, Marketing Business Management, you will be responsible for several areas including marketing business planning, reporting management of marketing pipeline targets, and oversight of marketing technology. You will also lead a team of professionals that have deep knowledge and expertise in relative functional areas that drive business excellence in each category. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with several other functions within BMC and externally (such as vendors and consultants) in order to achieve stated goals and targets.

Here is how, through this exciting role, YOU will contribute to BMC's and your own success:
  • Marketing Business Planning including financial budgets, expense management and vendor management in support of global demand and campaign initiatives, ABM, and regional marketing teams to drive quality pipeline opportunity and progression for both direct and indirect sales. 
  • Measurement/Reporting Management of marketing pipeline targets, analysis, performance measurements, reporting and tracking in conjunction with the Global ABM & Demand, Regional Marketing, Partner Marketing, Central Analytics, ISD/BDR Teams and Sales/Sales Ops teams.
  • Oversight of Marketing Technology including business requirements, planning, governance, and budgetary support in conjunction with central IT and Sales technology teams. In support of demand, ABM, Regional and Partner programs/campaigns, integrated into the needs of the other marketing functions. Driving All Touch Attribution policies, process, and measurement, supported by underlying technology is a critical area of responsibility.
  • Support best practices and lean marketing principles for entire end to end process of pipeline generation and progression intended to increase conversions to closed won bookings, by working in close collaboration with BDR Teams, Direct and Indirect Sales Teams, Sales Ops, and the Analytics Team.
To ensure you are set up for success, you will bring the following skillset and experience:
  • You hold a BA/BS degree with Proven experience in modern marketing operations, business management and impact on growth in complex matrix enterprise B2B software companies with a focus on SaaS solutions.
  • Your background includes experience in modern marketing technologies, the integration to non-marketing systems and their required impact on driving growth with efficiency.
  • You have strong financial and budget planning analysis and management skills.
  • You have the ability to translate quantitative data and analysis into business language and actionable results.
  • You are creative, collaborative, and goal-oriented individual with the ability to garner support and cooperation from all teams whether they are direct or indirect employees, colleagues, outside agencies/vendors.
  • Background in Sales Operations is a plus.
