Description and Requirements

BMC is seeking an HR Business Partner to join our team in Houston. We are looking for someone with strong relationship building, coaching and program / project management skills to support leaders in our Accounting/Finance, Operations and Customer Success business units. You will provide leadership, partnership, and consulting in the following areas: talent management, organizational effectiveness/development, diversity, staffing, performance and compensation, management development/coaching, employee development as well as others.   

•Develop effective working relationships across all necessary teams at BMC
•Partner with the client management team to increase organization effectiveness 
•Work with all levels of management to ensure timely and effective delivery of talent programs and HR related work
•Effectively manage complex employee relations issues 
•Assist with organizational & change management processes 
•Project manage key HR programs
•Ensure corporate HR programs, procedures and policies are implemented 
•Support corporate values, legal requirements, and HR policies
