Our highly successful and geographically disperse HR team, seeks a Senior HR Business Partner to work closely with our team in Spanish Speaking LATAM (Primarily Mexico & Argentina) to build an efficient, effective and proactive partnership with the line managers and employees; providing support and first class counselling on all Human Resources topics. This is a highly visible role working with some of our most successful sales teams and supporting prestigious technical teams.     

Key responsibilities include:
  • Building an efficient, effective and proactive partnership with Sales and Pre-Sales leadership along with supporting managers and employees providing support and first class counselling on all Human Resources topics. 
  • Be involved in all people management related issues including on-boarding, change management, internal communication, employee relations, training of employees and managers.
  • Ensure that there is compliance with rules and regulations in HR processes. 
  • Work with managers on employee issues, and assist in compensation, performance management, talent management and retention management. 
  • You shall work closely with other HR team members to address the BU issues and concerns as well as to implement policies.
To be a successful Senior HR Business Partner, you’ll need:
  • 5+ years of successful experience as an HR Business Partner
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field 
  • Ability to work in a complex matrix environment 
  • Team Player 
  • First class influencing and negotiation skills 
  • Planning, organizational and Change Management Skills  
  • Be credible with top management 
  • Strong Analytical skills, with the ability to understand commercial implications of HR activities
  • Strong Employee Relations Knowledge - Flexible, autonomous and hands on personality  
Location for hire: Mexico City, Guadalajara or Buenos Aires, Argentina
