We are currently hiring for a Senior Field Marketing Manager!!
As the Senior Field Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for building and executing integrated marketing programs to generate pipeline and drive revenue goals for the Public Sector market. The marketing plan is multi-tiered with primarily 1:1 and 1:few programs and includes measurements on overall marketing contribution to pipeline.  You will have a proven track record of delivering high ROI from integrated campaigns in a fast-paced environment and comfortable working with a dynamic sales team as well as cross functionally.
Key Responsibilities
•Set and execute the marketing strategy for Public Sector in close collaboration with sales leadership. 
•Create an integrated and multi-channel marketing plan for Public Sector considering Indirect sales through partners and distributors
•Develop quarterly marketing programs for different account segments that focus on three major objectives – build pipeline, accelerate pipeline and nurture relationships with high-propensity-to-buy accounts.
•Serve as the marketing liaison for the Public Sector sales team, ensuring plans and goals align with key leadership functions including solutions marketing, product pillars, sales, corporate brand and communications, etc. 
•Drive creation of relevant content and messaging for the Public Sector, considering partner resellers and their ability to replicate in their own marketing campaigns
•Able to dynamically adapt to changes in market and corporate strategy
•Support global initiatives with localized focus, input and customization
•Work in conjunction with Corporate teams to leverage events, digital and social media initiatives 
•Manage external agencies in the execution of programs across the area
•Utilize infrastructure tools to analyze pipeline and adjust program mix accordingly to meet sales needs.  Ability to convert data into knowledge.
•7+ years related marketing experience, preferably in an enterprise IT environment with a minimum of 5 years in Public Sector marketing. 
•Strong sales acumen 
•Keen understanding of the enterprise software sales cycle with a target audience mix of C-level, IT and senior level business buyers
•Strong verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
•Results driven, teamwork oriented and customer focused
•Analytical and process skills
•Good understanding of demand generation, and effective progression tactics.
•Excellent time management and conflict resolutions skills
