The Regional Growth Marketing Manager is responsible for building and executing integrated marketing programs to generate pipeline and drive revenue goals while increasing market awareness of key BMC solutions, and creating deeper relationships with existing customers. The marketing plan is multi-tiered with 1:1, 1:few and 1:many programs and includes measurements on overall marketing contribution to pipeline. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high ROI from integrated campaigns, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable working with a large, dynamic sales team.
Key Responsibilities
  • Set and execute the marketing strategy for assigned area, in close collaboration with sales leadership
  • Develop regional marketing plans for different account segments that focus on three major objectives – build pipeline, accelerate pipeline and nurture relationships with high-propensity-to-buy accounts
  • Serve as the marketing liaison for the Enterprise sales team, ensuring plans and goals align with key leadership functions including solutions marketing, product pillars, sales, corporate brand and communications, etc
  • Able to dynamically adapt to changes in market and corporate strategy
  • Support global initiatives with localized focus, input and customization
  • Work in conjunction with Corporate teams to optimize events, digital and social media initiatives 
  • Manage external agencies in the execution of programs across the area
  • Utilize infrastructure tools to analyze pipeline and adjust program mix accordingly to meet sales needs.  Ability to convert data into knowledge 
  • 10+ years related marketing experience, preferably in an enterprise IT environment
  • Strong sales acumen 
  • Keen understanding of the enterprise software sales cycle with a target audience mix of C-level, IT and senior level business buyers
  • Strong verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Results driven, teamwork oriented and customer focused
  • Analytical and process skills
  • Good understanding of demand generation, and effective progression tactics
  • Excellent time management and conflict resolutions skills
  • 20-25% travel required
